Prophet Passion Java yesterday refuted claims that his wife Lily had suffered a miscarriage. Unconfirmed reports had it that Java’s wife, who had been in and out of hospital, left the church service prematurely after she fell sick.
Lily confirmed she had been unwell but denied having suffered a miscarriage.
“We have heard about those miscarriage rumours but I want to make it clear that I am still carrying my baby and I’m actually five months pregnant now. People have been calling us and sending comforting messages over a miscarriage. Yes, I haven’t been feeling well lately and I have been visiting the hospital but everything that has been going on is simply because of my condition,” she said. Lily said she will be flying back to the US to deliver the child and then return to Zimbabwe.
I do regular check-ups here because I haven’t adjusted yet to the weather and even the diet so people confuse my medical check-ups with being ill. I am currently five months pregnant now and we are expecting our child in May. It’s a baby boy and the doctors informed us he is a healthy child. I will be going back to the United States to deliver the baby after that I will come back home,” she said.
Speaking on the same matter, Prophet Passion said the rumour is being spread by his enemies. “It can only be an enemy who spreads such news because how can someone claim my wife had a miscarriage without verifying first. There are some people out there who always hope for the worst in people’s lives but God is always on our side,” he said.
