Raunchy dancer Beverly Sibanda and her Se_xy Angels on Saturday lit up Chitungwiza shopping Centre. She was performing at the re-launch of Ghetto Blues night club. She took to the stage early and was the headline performer on the night at an event which failed to attract a respectable crowd.

Speaking to h-metro on the side-lines of the event, Ghetto Blues proprietor and businessman cum promoter Joel ‘Shasha’ Tenderere said:

“Since it is our re-launch, we did not expect a big crowd but we are happy with the show. Bev’s performance was great and by public demand she will be back here,” he said

Beverly-SibandaGhetto Blues night club was making a return after some time out and Tenderere feels their return was worth the wait. “Due to economic challenges we were out of business but I think we are back with a bang. We promise to have more shows and we want to compete with other clubs and retain our status as the best,” he said. Similar sentiments were echoed by Bev through her manager Hapaguti ‘Harpers’ Mapimhidze.

“This was our first time here and we are delighted with the support so I’m sure we will be back here again in the future. We offered a lifetime treat to the people of Chitungwiza and we promise to deliver such performance in the near future,” he said.
