Zim dancehall kingpin, Soul Jah Love, insists he still loves his estranged wife Bounty Lisa despite interest from another female chanter Lindsay. Born Soul Musaka, the Conquering Family boss believes in making up rather than moving on. In an interview, the Mbare bred chanter said:
“I still love my wife, there are many ladies who love me but in reality I only want my wife. We are on separation, kanenge kava ka cooperation soon, then kanenge kava ka operation. I believe we will be together soon. I don’t even know Lindsay and the picture which your paper published it was not really clear what I only urge her is to keep on working hard so that she realizes her goals,
He added: “Let people talk and there is nothing I can do to stop them but I love my wife. The more they talk the more I rise, I am not moved about that and I promise to deliver new stuff. It’s not new to me as some people have reportedly spread the news that my leg was amputated yet I am fine”.
Chibaba Chacho told this publication that he is holding a series of shows in and around Harare.
“I am holding shows and on Friday I will be at Jongwe Corner before invading Channel O in Budiriro on Saturday and then wrap up the weekend with a show at Zebra Village in Mbare. I will be unveiling new tracks which include Unyanzvi and Chikirimbani,” he said. The chanter is currently enjoying rave reviews with his single Mwana waStembeni.
