A Kadoma self-proclaimed traditional healer, Biggie Ntambeni, 38, of Nemangwe Village in Gokwe has been arraigned before a Kadoma magistrate,Tariro Chamisa,on allegations of fraud and rape.
The State led by National Prosecuting Authority Officer alleged that sometime in January 2021, at Donain in Battlefields, the accused demanded two goats from the complainant as payment for the complainant’s daughter healing who was suffering from spiritual attacks.
After recieving the two goats from the complainant, the accused later returned and demanded s.e.xual intercourse with the complainant as part of the complainant’s daughter healing process and the s.e.xual intercourse was to completely heal the complainant’s daughter.
The accused then had a s.e.xual intercourse with the complainant without her consent leading to his arrest. Tafadzwa Vhore represented the National Prosecuting Authority.
