I divorced my husband after i caught him with my sister BUT I planned it all and up to now, I had no regrets until my sister threatened to tell on me. I thought I had a boring life staying in Harare’s high-density suburbs and having to wake up early to fetch water.
I was bored to the point where I even stopped going to church and was now friends with my local hairdresser who sort of introduced me to drinking alcohol. We would spend hours at Machipisa Shopping Centre drinking and talking while she worked. For a moment I forgot I was a bored housewife and to make up for the chores I invited my young sister to come stay with us.
My life was sort of interesting as I met lots of people at the salon and this in turn sort of like caused a problem at my house, especially in the bedroom. I didn’t want my husband anymore or rather I was not attracted to him anymore, I wanted the big boys with the Mercedes Benz and Toyota Hilux, not this Honda CRV that hubby drove.
I remember one day I came home drunk and I was shouting at my husband telling him to go get a proper job and buy us proper clothes and cars. I shouted until around 2 AM when I eventually fell asleep. The next morning I was so shy I didn’t even bother waking up until hubby left. In the afternoon I went and visited my best friend at the salon and told her all about yesterday and she was behind me 100 per cent… “I mean the man should get a proper job, she added.”
That day we came up with a plan to break up and it involved my sister, I called her and told her to come straight to the salon and she came. We planned every detail and I promised my sister I would send her to South Africa where she wanted to go. She agreed to everything and went back home.
The seed was planted, the next few weeks involved me denying my hubby s.e.x and me shouting a lot. My sister acted as the sane one and offered her Bamkuru a shoulder to cry on. One day she straight up got into the shower pretending to be me when he was bathing and quickly apologized as if it was a mistake.
That day changed everything as hubby changed focus from me to my young sis and i knew i had won, no more living with this broke man. A few days later i caught him K!ssing my sister and that was it for me. I shouted and told him to go out of my house (as if i even liked staying there). He went to his mother’s house and hasn’t been back since. His sister tried to talk to me but i refused to let him back at the house.
Now my life seems fun as it involves drinking and lots of s.e.x from different rich men. Last week my sister told me she will confess everything i did if I don’t come through with the South Africa promise I gave to her. My question really is do i have to worry about my sister or what’s done is done?
I don’t really care about my ex-hubby and i am enjoying my life what more can change if she tells my parents what i planned? Anyways this is my confession… I enjoy drinking and Lula Lula!
