PIC of Master KG’s old bedroom studio breaks the internet

When South African celebrities and stars post their pictures looking lavish and opulent, no one imagines their lives have not always been flashy.

Globally-acclaimed musician and deejay Master KG has given his fans a glimpse of his life before he became famous, and he evoked a rave.

Master KG shared a picture from years back of his “bedroom studio” on Twitter.

In the picture, a gaunt Master KG was sitting in front of a computer he used to mix and make beats. The computer and speakers are resting on top of yarn fabrics which were sold by Zimbabweans in South Africa in the 2000s.

The computer was bought for him by his late uncle, and Master KG started producing and mixing beats at the age of 13. Master KG was very passionate about music, so much so that he even faked illness so that he could stay in his bedroom to do what he loved, as noted by Briefly.

The super producer was with two other people who were sitting on his bed. Master KG did not have a booth which absorbs sound and kills echo, so he was using empty egg crates hoisted on the microphone stand.

The Jerusalema hitmaker captioned the photo.
