ZEC chair Priscilla Chigumba, after keeping journalists waiting for over an hour, puts up the most uninformative press conference of all time. Here are the highlights:
4 provinces had called in voter turnout stats by 6 PM:
Masvingo – 60.62 per cent
Bulawayo – 70 per cent
Midlands – 74 per cent
Harare – 70 per cent
Average 1% turned away for failing to produce a correct photo ID. Some with birth certificates, licences or expired passports.
