Latest reports say 32 people have been confirmed dead while 27 others were injured in the West Nicholson bus disaster.
Other passengers are yet to be accounted for .
The chairperson of the Civil Protection Unit Ms Sithembile Ncube said police have been able to account for 32 bodies.
Thirty-one of the charred remains were still in the bus while another burnt body was found outside.
A total of 27 passengers were injured.
A help desk has since been set up at Gwanda Provincial Hospital to assist those who suspect that their relatives are victims of the tragic accident.
Accommodation and food will be provided for the relatives, revealed Ms Sithandiwe Ncube, who is also the provincial administrator.
Meanwhile, the National Civil Protection Department has released US$16 000 to assist the families with funeral arrangements.
The money will, however, be released to the bereaved families after DNA tests have been carried out.
