Ti Gonzi collaborates with Moza rapper. The collaboration recorded by Kudakwashe Gonye of No-Limits production will see Ti Gonzi having his first duet with an outside artiste who is popular in Africa in the hip hop genre. Ti Gonzi said he decided to collaborate with Laylizzy because he is a great artiste and broaden his fan base.
Award-winning Zim hip hop artiste Ti Gonzi says he is looking forward to break international barriers musically after recording a collaboration with the South Africa based rapper from Mozambique, Laylizy.
“Laylizzy is one of the good hip hop artistes in the continent. “It is one of the reasons why I had to do a collaboration with him. “Collaborations are good, they increase your fan base and also bring out the best in you,” he said.
“Laylizzy is a dope artiste, I love his bars and melodies. Its a collaboration that could open many doors in my career because a lot of Laylizzy fans will have the opportunity to listen to me and vice versa.
” The collaboration will benefit both of us, and it is a dream of every artiste to recognised internationally,” added Ti Gonzi. The rapper of the moment said they haven’t yet named their track with Laylizzy but they have finished recording. “The track has already been recorded but we are yet to give it a title.
“We are waiting for the right time to release the track. Sometimes in music it is about timing. “You have to be strategic and most importantly work hard,” said Ti Gonzi. Ti Gonzi said he has a lot of projects that he is working on.
“I am continuing from what I left last year but the difference is this time I will be releasing an album too. “I also have some visuals and more singles that I will release,” he told H-Metro.
