Despite many other casts members who have left the popular TV soapie due to different reasons, Mrs. Langa got many by surprise after news broke out that she has been fired.
Actress Dineo Langa has reportedly been fired from The Queen Mzansi. This comes after Langa reportedly asked a three months leave to shoot with another production.
The famous veteran producer couple, Connie and Shona Ferguson are the talk of the streets again on twitter, following the reports of Langa’s dismissal while she’s on lockdown despite having had granted her the leave.
The report revealed that Dineo, who has been on the show from it’s very first episode in 2016, received a letter through an email alerting her not to return to work after the lockdown.
According to a close source, Dineo felt betrayed over the producers decision to fire her while they had approved her leave.
“She is distraught. She thought the Fergusons are family. More than just losing a job, she feels a sense of betrayal because when she asked for the time off they agreed. Then boom, the letter of severance arrived during lockdown,” the source told a local publication.
Lately, the show is low-key ripped on socials. Tweeps speculating that the producers are exploiting their employees. From SK Khoza, Rami Chuene, Mo Setumo and now Dineo Langa having all been kicked off the show despite being key characters.
