Two 28 year old men from puma village in Chitsungo were on Monday slapped with 9 month jail terms for stealing goats.
It is alleged Special Ruzvidzo and Rasai Katano stole three goats.
The two told the courts that hunger prompted them to steal.
Three months were suspended on condition that they do not commit a similar offence within three years.
The goats were found in Washington Sipenzi’s pen who revealed that he bought the goats from the two.
