Zimbabwe COVID-19 cases continue rising: 02 December 2021.Here is the Coronavirus/ COVID-19 Situation Report or Update for Zimbabwe by the Ministry of Health and Child Care (MoHCC) on 02 December 2021:
1 042 New Cases (All local) and 0 Death were reported today. 80 are cases were detected from learning institutions across the country.
Vaccination Update: 20 588 received the 1st dose today bringing cumulative for 1st dose to 3 829 636 while 21 083 received their 2nd dose bringing cumulative for 2nd dose to 2 851 625 as at 1600 hrs.
As of 01 December 2021, @1500hrs there were 80 hospitalised cases: New Admissions (26), Asymptomatic 5, mild to moderate 54, severe 18 and 3 in Intensive Care Units.
8 292 tests done today (Positivity today was 12.6%)
45 new recoveries: National Recovery rate rise to 96% & Active cases go up 2 843.
As of today, Zimbabwe has recorded 136 379 Cases 128 829 recoveries & 4 707 Deaths.
