Scores of opposition Citizens’ Coalition for Change (CCC) supporters thronged to Mkoba, Gweru, on Sunday 6 March 2022 to attend the party’s rally. The party leader, Nelson Chamisa, and other leaders including vice president Tendai Biti, Chalton Hwende were present.
CCC national spokesperson, Fadzayi Mahere, said a multitude attended the rally. She said on Sunday:
