The ambassadors are from the United States of America, Austria and Benin.
The New United States Ambassador to Zimbabwe Mr Brian Nichols has been an ambassador of his country in Peru from 2014 to 2017.
He was appointed Ambassador to Zimbabwe on 28 June this year.
Ambassador Nichols served as Principal Deputy Secretary of State for International Narcotics Law Enforcement Affairs where he oversaw the full rule of law programmes and counter narcotics issues of the department of state from 2011 to 2013.
He also directed narcotics laws programmes in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Europe and Asia.
Ambassador Nichols has also served as a diplomat of his country in Jarkata Indonesia, Mexico City and El Salvador.
Next was the new Ambassador of Benin to Zimbabwe, Mr Eric Franck Saizonou, and the first Benin Ambassador to Zimbabwe.
The French speaking West African country’s ambassador said they are keen to work with Zimbabwe in the tourism and agricultural spheres.
Last was the new Austrian Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Mr Johann Brieger who hailed the current peaceful atmosphere leading to the elections saying it should continue until the end of the process saying Austria is keen to continue working with Zimbabwe.
Zimbabwe’s new dispensation is on a mission to engage, re-engage and rebuild the economy.
