MDC Alliance leader Advocate Nelson Chamisa has ordained himself the victor in the pending 2018 polls.
Chamisa, however, maintained his rhetoric on ZEC’s failure to conduct transparent processes but said he would not boycott when it was evident that his party will prevail.
MDC Alliance has been demanding access to the ballot designing, printing storage and transportation during the elections alleging that ZEC has failed to be transparent to the detriment of the polls which they claim are already disputed unless they emerge victorious.
Chamisa said come Tuesday the 31st of July his supporters should converge for victory celebrations as their party is guaranteed to win.
