Drax International corruption case collapses

Drax International corruption case collapses. The pair, former NatPharm managing director Nancy Flora Sifeku and former finance manager Rolland Mlalazi, were removed from remand by Harare magistrate Vongai Muchuchuti-Guvuriro.

Two NatPharm bosses who were arrested for illegally awarding a tender to Drax International for the supply COVID-19, were yesterday removed from remand, marking the collapse of the case.

She said the State had failed to provide the accused persons with a trial date within a reasonable time. The pair was being accused of allegedly failing to follow procurement procedures, which resulted in Drax International LLC being awarded a tender to supply and deliver medicines and surgical sundries to government.

It was alleged that in December 2019, Sikefu and Mlalazi disregarded a directive from then Health ministry secretary Agnes Mahomva ordering NatPharm to follow tender procedures for the procurement of medicines and surgical sundries.

The duo allegedly awarded a contract to purchase medicines and surgical sundries under a US$20 million facility to Drax Consult SAGL after they indicated that the purchase was an emergency.

They also allegedly offered Drax Consult SAGL another tender worth US$13 351 071 to supply medicines. Drax International LLC was fronted by Delish Nguwaya and ILir Dedja. It later changed its name to Drax Consult SAGL after it failed to meet vetting requirements.

The Drax scandal, dubbed COVID-gate, which surfaced in June last year and is estimated to have involved over US$60 million, led to the expulsion of Obadiah Moyo as Health minister before he was recently acquitted by the High Court.

Moyo was acquitted by High Court judge Justice Pisirayi Kwenda, who threw out the charges saying they were imprecise and did not disclose a criminal offence. Drax was being accused of supplying COVID-19 medical essentials to government at inflated prices.

ZUPCO increases bus fare by 25%

ZUPCO increases bus fare by 25%. In Bulawayo on Monday morning, commuters woke up to the news that Zupco drivers had gone on strike over salaries as they wanted a pay rise. ZUPCO has increased fares for buses and kombis by 25 percent so that they buy enough fuel to ferry commuters to their destinations around the country.

This left thousands of the commuting public stranded as they tried to get to work at the mercy of pirate taxi operators who charged up to $100 per trip during the morning peak hour.

However, yesterday morning, normalcy returned, but Zupco buses and kombis had increased fares from $40 to $50 and $50 to $60 respectively. Zupco chief executive officer Mr Everisto Madangwa said the fare increase was effected on October 15.

“Yes, the fares have been increased by 25 percent. We want to be able to buy fuel to transport our customers, so we want to make it as affordable as possible, while keeping the business viable,” said Mr Madangwa.

Bulawayo Progressive Residents’ Association secretary Mr Thembelani Dube said the price increase took many people by surprise. “We are hearing from the people that boarded Zupco kombis from town and it seemed most people were still not aware that the fare had increased to $60,” said Mr Dube.

“Zupco being the sole transporter and those who aren’t part of it are illegal, so once they strike residents are the ones affected. They can’t go to work on time like what happened yesterday (Monday). Therefore, the pirate taxis increased their prices to cash in.”

Mr Dube urged authorities at Zupco to ply all routes in Bulawayo. “Even if they put the train in place, which is a noble idea, it will service only the routes where there’s a rail line. Other places will be left out.

There are many routes that aren’t serviced by Zupco and pirate taxis take advantage of this situation,” said Mr Dube. Bulawayo United Residents’ Association (Bura) chairman Mr Winos Dube, said economic challenges are affecting everyone including the commuting public.

“Some of our residents have said the increase isn’t fair as when Zupco started it was meant to cater for the majority of middle and lower-class people, so that they don’t fail to get to work.

But now it seems there is no difference between Zupco ‘of the people’ and private transporters or other associations within the transport industry,” he said.

High court orders another test for Marry Chiwenga

High court orders another test for Marry Chiwenga. Yet another medical examination, this time to include the side-effects of her medication, has been ordered for Marry Mubaiwa to see if she can comprehend the proceedings in her trials on charges of attempted murder, assault, money laundering and violating the Marriages Act.

Harare magistrate Mr Lazini Ncube yesterday ordered that the clinical medical director at Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals would appoint a qualified doctor to undertake medical examination on Marry Mubaiwa, ascertain effects of medication she is taking and tell the court whether she was fit to comprehend trial proceedings.

This will be the second court-ordered examination. The first, which found she was physically fit to stand trial, was ordered after trial dates had been set, but Mubaiwa, through her lawyer Ms Beatrice Mtetwa, told the court that she was not fit to stand trial as she was taking medication that altered her mental state.

After the report was presented that she was fit to stand trial, Ms Mtetwa then argued that the doctor who examined Mubaiwa restricted himself to physical ability without looking at her whole well-being.

Yesterday, Ms Mtetwa and Mr Michael Reza, who appeared for the State, engaged the clinical medical director at Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals, who indicated that a pharmacologist was needed to ascertain Mubaiwa’s well-being but said there was no such specialist in the country at the moment.

Mr Ncube then ordered that Mubaiwa avail herself to the Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals’ clinical medical director, who would appoint a qualified doctor to ascertain the effects of the drugs that Mubaiwa is taking and tell the court whether she will be able to stand trial.

The court then ordered Mubaiwa to return to court on November 2 after undertaking the examinations. Mr Ncube will be presiding over the trial on the Marriages Act charge.

It is alleged that Mubaiwa in 2019 allegedly lied to then Judge President Justice George Mutandwa Chiweshe that her husband, Vice President Constantino Chiwenga, and herself had agreed to solemnise their marriage under the Marriages Act on July 2 2019 at their Borrowdale Brook residence in Harare and asked for his help in the arrangements.

Mubaiwa allegedly submitted copies of their national identity documents to Justice Chiweshe without the knowledge and consent of the Vice President.

Justice Chiweshe then contacted the then Chief Magistrate, Munamato Mutevedzi, who was recently appointed a judge of the High Court, to look for a magistrate to solemnise the marriage.

The Chief Magistrate allegedly directed that the necessary forms including the marriage certificate form be completed in advance, as is often done so that all that is necessary on the day is for the couple, the witnesses and the marriage officer to sign.

As the highest-ranking marriage officer, he decided to preside over the wedding ceremony himself. It is said that national identity documents were forwarded to him. Upon noticing that the passport size photos and address of the parties were not included, The Chief Magistrate contacted Secretary of the Judicial Service Commission Mr Walter Chikwana, who in turn contacted Mubaiwa with the request.

Mubaiwa allegedly sent the requested items to Mr Chikwana who forwarded them to the Chief Magistrate.

When Mubaiwa was doing this, VP Chiwenga was seriously ill and had not consented to the marriage and did not want their marriage solemnised under civil law, according to the State. It is said that the marriage certificate MR No 0222402 was prepared to reflect the marriage between VP Constantino GDN Chiwenga and Marry Mubaiwa. On June 22, 2019, the two went to South Africa where VP Chiwenga was to receive emergency medical attention as he was critically ill.

On July 2, 2019, the chief magistrate, as the marriage officer, went to Borrowdale Brooke to solemnise the marriage with all the necessary documents, but found that there was no one home.

Investigations revealed that in preparation for the wedding, Mubaiwa had engaged Michael Louizidis, a jeweller at Alpha Jewellery in Newlands, Harare, to make two white gold wedding rings with diamonds, according to the State.

Mubaiwa also allegedly told her personal assistant Nyarai Bwanya about the wedding plans and asked her to prepare for the marriage ceremony. It is said that on July 4, 2019, the chief magistrate cancelled the completed marriage certificate forms and the applications for a marriage licence as required by law to show that the marriage did not take place.

Madam Boss endorses Nelson Chamisa. Over the weekend the comedian cum actress posted on her social media complaining about poor service delivery in her neighborhood. Local comedian and actress Madam Boss real name Tyra Chikocho has endorsed opposition leader Nelson Chamisa in a cryptic message on social media which she then later deleted.

In her post, Madam Boss who has amassed over 1 million followers complained about garbage trucks not picking up garbage for days. In a now deleted post Madam Boss wrote “Nhaimi mota dzema Dhodhabhini dzakaendepiko? Kwedu rangova dhizasta, dzirikuuyawo here kwenyu?”

The comedian concluded her complaint with Chamisa’s new slogan “Ngaapinde Hake Mukomana” but did not explicitly spell it out. She wrote, “(Ngaa……… e…….m……….a!!!!)

The #NgaapindeHakeMukomana hashtag has seemingly become the strongest social movement since #ZimbabweanLivesMatter on social media.

Contacted for a comment, Madam Boss’ manager who is also her husband, Ngonidzashe Munetsiwa refused to comment on the post.” Well we are not commenting on that,” said Munetsiwa.

Although Mai TT – Madam Boss’ counterpart– has already endorsed President Emmerson Mnangagwa and has been appointed as ambassador for “Women and Children for ED”, Madam Boss has so far remained private about her political affiliation.

Last month outspoken independent legislator Temba Mliswa said the MDC Alliance hashtag was a good idea that energised the opposition supporters.

Madam Boss Nelson Chamisa

“As a rallying call this #NgaapindeHakeMukomana is a good one. I like it. It’s not that I support @mdczimbabwe but this is a well thought out statement. You have to come up with such lines to energise your support. With @zanu saying ED Pfee, pakaipa. They all sound good,” he said.

Jacob Ngarivhume endorses funding Nelson Chamisa armour plated car

Jacob Ngarivhume endorses funding Nelson Chamisa armor-plated car. Jacob Ngarivhume also urged opposition supporters to raise money for polling agents ahead of the 2023 elections.

Prominent activist and opposition Transform Zimbabwe leader Jacob Ngarivhume has endorsed fundraising plans to buy MDC Alliance leader Nelson Chamisa an armoured plated vehicle following an attack of his cars by Zanu PF thugs earlier this week.

“If as citizens we cannot raise US$120,000 for @nelsonchamisa’s car. How are we going to raise millions needed to support polling agents across the country? “This country needs reforms now. Reforms that will safeguard people’s votes no matter what. Reforms that will allow all citizens no matter where they are in the world to vote for their preferred candidate for the position of president,” he said.

The idea for an armor plated vehicle came after Chamisa and his vehicle were attacked several times by violent Zanu PF activists with the assistance of the police during a tour of Masvingo meeting community leaders and villagers last week.

The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) also assisted Zanu PF’s fight against Chamisa by teargassing him at a private residence in Masvingo town on Monday morning.

Zimbabweans outside the country then decided to raise funds to buy Chamisa an armoured car that can withstand the impact of shrapnel, bullets, shells, rockets, and missiles and enemy fire at the hands of the Zanu PF regime. T. Basvi (popularly known as Mudhara B) started the initiative and registered it in the USA, led by an audited committee.

“It is clear that the regime wants to continue to frustrate democracy by attacking the main opposition,” read part of the description in the GoFundMe campaign. “The recent attacks (described below) showed that the regime wants to injure or cause serious harm to Adv. Nelson Chamisa.

“As the diaspora community of Zimbabwe (and friends) we want to send a clear message of solidarity by replacing Advocate Nelson Chamisa’s vehicle which was destroyed during the recent attacks orchestrated by the regime in Masvingo.

“Together as the diaspora community we felt this is one way we can support the democracy agenda from afar.”

The exercise is part of routine training that ZDF conducts regularly in fulfilment of its Consitutional mandate. The field training exercise is beig conducted jointly with other security services including ZRP and the President’s Department. The training is being conducted in areas under Chief Sengwe, Chief Chitanga, chief Mpapa, Chief Neromwe, Chief Chilonga and Chief Gezani.

As part of the ZDF Community Assistance programmes, a COVID-19 vaccination programme will run concurrently with the exercise. The field training exercise which started on September 27, 2021 is expected to end on October 23, 2021.

Masvingo Centre for Research Advocacy and Development (MACRAD) director, Ephraim Mtombeni said it is unprofessional and wrong for the Army to deploy in a civilian area without giving clear information to allay inevitable fear.

Mtombeni said what raised more eyebrows is that Zanu PF District Coordinating Committee (DCC) chairperson for Chiredzi Siyaki Mundungehama is doing the public relations for the Army by issuing statements to villagers. He added:

ZDF should make use of areas like Gonarenzhou. The presence of ZDF in Chilonga without clear communication instills fear in communities. Further, Zanu PF should not issue statements on behalf of ZDF. These are distinct institutions that must perform their duties as stipulated by the law.

Mundungehama’s statement to the villagers indicated that soldiers (ZDF) will be displaying their drills (Military Exercises) in most of the wards if not all, starting from October 7, 2021, until the end of the month.

It urged villagers to carry on with their usual chores and not to be afraid of them, “but you should respect them because they are your children, brothers, fathers, mothers, and sisters who protect you from the enemies.”

Sello Maake Ka-Ncube has reportedly call it quit as a spokesperson for the anti-Gender-Based Violence Organisation ‘Act Now’ following women abuse accusations. This is coming after actor’s exes called and sent messages to him accusing him of betrayal. Sello said the accusations had tarnished his reputation.

Sello said Tebogo and JJ get information from his ex whom according to the publication he admitted beating up back in 2002 in “interrelationship violence” as described by Sello.

“After the fight, I asked her to go to the police and get me arrested for what I had done to her. But she said she had forgiven me, basically, we forgave each other and moved on with our lives. This is something that I’m not proud of and still haunts me even today, and I wish I could have handled the situation differently.

“It hurts me that these people are now using my past to undermine my efforts to fight gender-based violence in this country. I challenge any woman to come out now and say I had abused her since then,” the publication quoted him.

Minnie Dlamini wants a Baby Girl so badly

Minnie Dlamini is a proud mother to baby Makhosini Netha Jones who is a boy but she has hinted that a baby girl would be another great gift. Whilst doing her ambassadorial work for Ipanema South Africa, Minnie got to spend some time with cute baby girls, which gave her the idea that a baby girl wouldn’t be a bad idea.

“Ok but a baby girl would be epic!!!!! Just saying lol,” said Minnie who added that her shoes are perfect for mommy and daughter in the summer season.
When announcing that Mrs. Jones has joined their stable, Ipanema said their vegan sandals, adapt to just any environment. Minnie gave the company a thumbs up for their comfortable shoes.

“A brand that encompasses the summer beach girl that I am truly feels like home. Sustainability and social responsibility has always been very important to me. Working with a brand that is a 100% recyclable Vegan, committed to preserving the beauty of this planet and keeping every woman looking fashionable with technology that gives us lasting comfort. What more can one ask for?
Minnie is currently in Durban, because which other city is best to enjoy summer in? “I’ve been living in Durban for almost a month now working looooong hours and to say I’m exhausted would be an understatement. However this is the longest period I’ve stayed in my home province since I left when I was 18 and I feel like my spirit is realigned. There’s something about this place that makes me a better human. This place is love,” she gushed.

Minnie caught some smoke on social media when she advertised for another skin care product when she has her very own, MD Skin. She said she had been using the product ever since she got pregnant which left fans very confused because why would she not use her own brand.

Minnie recently promoted the Dermal Health skin products and said, “I’ve been working really long hours shooting and my skin usually takes a knock especially wearing make up everyday. I’ve been using @dermal_health since I was pregnant and I haven’t looked back since. My skin has never looked better,” she said.

“I’m OBSESSED!!! Not a single blemish or breakout and my skin is super sensitive. Here’s to keeping my money maker looking young and fresh.”

Users were not impressed:

@vuyelwa1212 said, “You now use that? Whilst we have MD skin fully stocked?” Other followers agree, with @asathipeter saying, “a true explanation that what she says about her own product is not true, as a result she is using something else.”

@thabang4real says they are being scammed. @dlaminiprincess.z asked her if she does not have her own skin care brand and why is she promoting others. Trying to make sense of this all was thenjiwv who said the product is in competition with other products so using Minnie would possibly win other people over.

“This product is competing with other like products. Minenhle’s line is not in the league of those products, getting to the league takes time, dermatological research etc. Even Unilever opted to buy Dermalogica than start their own product from scratch.

Champions League holders Chelsea thrush Malmo 4 – 0

Champions Leagues holders Chelsea thrush Malmo 4 – 0. The holders lost their last game against Juventus in Turin but there was no mistake here as the Swedes were completely outclassed.

Chelsea put their Champions League campaign back on course by thrashing Malmo at Stamford Bridge – but it was victory at a price as strike duo Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner suffered injuries.

Andreas Christensen put Chelsea ahead early on with his first goal in 137 appearances for the club from Thiago Silva’s pass and Jorginho doubled the lead from the spot after Lukaku was fouled by Lasse Nielsen, the forward limping off with what looked like an ankle injury.

Werner pulled up with hamstring trouble before half-time, but Chelsea’s progress continued smoothly as his replacement Callum Hudson-Odoi set up another substitute Kai Havertz for a neat finish for their third just after the break.

Malmo were over-powered and Jorginho scored from the spot again after 57 minutes following Eric Larsson’s foul on Antonio Rudiger, with replacement keeper Ismael Diawara having no more success than Johan Dahlin did in the opening half.

Chelsea’s expensive cruise
This was the most comfortable of nights for Chelsea as they put the misery of their loss to Juventus behind them in emphatic fashion. The Italians remain three points ahead of Chelsea in Group H, but still have to visit Stamford Bridge.

The Blues were in a different class to their Swedish opponents and effectively settled matters in the 48th minute when Havertz chipped home a composed third goal. Manager Thomas Tuchel will be highly satisfied with how Chelsea handled this straightforward task against Malmo in a professional and ruthless manner.

They remained in control throughout with their outstanding passing and efficient movement of the ball. The win, however, was overshadowed by those injuries to Lukaku and Werner.  Lukaku was hurt as he was brought down by Nielsen for Jorginho’s first penalty, seemingly taking the full weight of the Malmo player on his ankle.

The club’s record signing required lengthy treatment and despite walking to the halfway line in an attempt to carry on, he was clearly struggling and substituted. Werner clutched his hamstring racing into the area and, again, was taken straight off.

Chelsea’s next game is at home to the Premier League’s bottom club Norwich City at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, and Tuchel confirmed Lukaku and Werner will be out for “some matches”.

He must now hope this impressive victory does not come at too much of a cost to his side.

Zambia’s Patson Daka scored 4 goals as Leicester City thump Spartak Moscow

Magnificent Patson Daka scores four as Leicester City crash Spartak Moscow. The Zambia international has had limited opportunities to assert himself in the Foxes first team this season, but demonstrated the clever movement and composure in front of goal that prompted them to part with £22m to sign him from Red Bull Salzburg last summer.

The magnificent Patson Daka scored four coolly-taken goals as Leicester boosted their Europa League qualification hopes by brilliantly coming back from two goals down to beat Spartak Moscow.

City have struggled throughout this European campaign and had looked to be on course for another damaging defeat in the snowy Russian capital as Spartak took a 2-0 lead.

Alexander Sobolev fired in the first via a deflection before former Chelsea wing-back Victor Moses set up Jordan Larsson – the son of ex-Swedish international forward Henrik – to slot in the second.

Crucially, though, Leicester responded immediately, with Daka slotting in after getting on the end of Kelechi Iheanacho’s chipped through-ball.

The Zambia international, who was a goalscoring late substitute in Saturday’s 4-2 win over Manchester United, levelled matters soon after the break with another neat finish, again set up by Iheanacho.

And before the hour mark it was 3-2 as Daka timed his run to perfection to latch onto Youri Tielemans’ pass before slotting in low. He was not done yet, though, with James Maddison releasing him to seal the win with another side-foot finish with 10 minutes to go.

There was still time for Spartak to scare City, courtesy of Sobolev’s second goal of the game, but the Foxes were able to hold on for the victory.

It is their first of this season’s competition, leaving them second in Group C on four points, two behind leaders Legia Warsaw, who face Italian side Napoli on Thursday.

Lift off for Daka in his Leicester career
Jamie Vardy’s evergreen ability to excel at the highest level was always likely to make Daka’s integration into this Leicester side a gradual one.

But the high hopes for the Zambian at City were evident from the moment last season’s Austrian Bundesliga player of the season opted to switch to the east midlands in the summer.

It took the 23-year-old five competitive appearances to find his first goal – that bundled late fourth against Manchester United at the weekend – but having now broken that duck he looks unwilling to stop scoring.

All four of his finishes were – dare it be said – Vardy-like in their ruthless simplicity, with the third and fourth in particular showing an ability to hang on the shoulder of the last defender before pouncing on a through-ball, much like the former England forward.

Impressively, it is the second time he has netted four goals in a game in a little over a year, also doing so for Salzburg in a 10-0 Austrian Cup win over SW Bregenz in September 2020.

With Iheanacho also excelling in Moscow, Rodgers now has a whole raft of in-form attacking talent at his disposal as they seek a level of consistency in results to match the last two seasons.

However, they still have issues to work through at the other end of the field. Spartak’s high pressing caused them problems and the Russian side’s ability to exploit poor positioning and the space left by it meant that each of Daka’s four strikes was required to secure victory.

SA says Zimbabwe is killing Africa trade over the Beitbridge truck delays

SA says Zimbabwe is killing Africa trade over the Beitbridge truck delays. Queues stretching for as long as 10 kilometers have developed in South Africa since October 6 after a company awarded a contract to upgrade the border on the Zimbabwean side introduced shock new toll fees without notice. South Africa has accused Zimbabwe of “killing business” over border delays for haulage trucks at Beitbridge.

Zimborders Consortium was granted a US$300 million contract to build new terminal buildings for trucks, buses and light motor vehicles without going to tender. The company has decided to do the construction in phases, with the freight terminal the first to be completed.

The company, headed by an alleged “acolyte” of President Emmerson Mnangagwa, Glynn Cohen, immediately started collecting new access toll fees of up to US$344, depending on the size of the truck.South Africa’s home affairs minister Aaron Motsoaledi said Zimbabwe did not warn it of the changes, and many drivers were caught by surprise. Zimbabwe’s clearance processes also remained slow, he said.

Motsoaledi said Zimbabwe was making a “mockery” of African trade. Beitbridge is a gateway to other regional markets including Zambia, Malawi and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

“The congestion is being caused by the continued construction on the Zimbabwean side. It looks like their construction has now reached a difficult point without them making any arrangements for parking space, so they don’t allow lots of trucks from South Africa on their side because they have got no parking space where they will process their trucks,” Motsoaledi told eNCA on Tuesday.

“The second thing which has been there for a long time, but becomes worse during the end of the year when lots of people pass, is the absence of the registry clearance on the Zimbabwean side. You know it’s also exacerbated by the unavailability of clearing agents at night. On the South African side, they clear upstream and only require agents and it’s not happening on the Zimbabwean side.

“Thirdly, Zimbabwe has introduced a toll fee of US$201 for small trucks and US$344 for abnormal trucks and they demand this money in cash which means some truck drivers have to park their trucks. We have been negotiating with the Zimbabweans that even if we can’t stop them from levying that, at least they must accept electronic payments and up to October 17 they were still taking cash and we hope things will improve because we have spoken to them.”

Motsoaledi said he had tried several times to call his home affairs counterpart in Zimbabwe, Kazembe Kazembe, “and the response I get is that it has not been successful.”

He blasted: “The situation makes a mockery of the African Union free trade agreement (African Continental Free Trade Area). I’m sure you are aware the African Union signed this Africa free trade agreement with a lot of gusto and it was publicised all over. You know that Beitbridge is the gateway between South Africa and the rest of the continent.

“It’s a mockery that a country can make unilateral measures without even warning us. It’s extremely frustrating and it’s killing business between South Africa and the rest of the continent. “One was hoping that Zimbabwe will be aware of the implications of the African agreement and what it means, but unfortunately it looks like it’s not so with our neighbours.”

Zimborders Consortium’s concession signed with Zimbabwe says the company will raise the finance for the border upgrade, and then run the facility for 17-and-a-half years while collecting toll fees to recoup its money. Critics say the project was overpriced, and accuse Zimborders of only raising US$47 million, and then hoping to finance future construction from the toll fees it has rushed to impose.

“This is a huge extraction project that will cause major prejudice to Zimbabwe. Glyn Cohen is amongst a coterie of elite looters that are bleeding Zimbabwe or have bled Zimbabwe, aided and abated by Zanu PF’s patronage system,” claims former finance minister and MDC Alliance vice president Tendai Biti.

He added: “The Beitbridge border project, granted to an acolyte without tender, should not cost more than US$45 million.” With an average 1,000 trucks passing through Beitbridge daily, and each paying an average US$201, that would translate to about US$73 million every year, or US$1.24 billion in 17 years.

Zimborders has not said how much buses and light motor vehicles will pay as access toll fees when the two outstanding terminals are completed. On average, 3,500 light motor vehicles and 120 buses buses pass through the border daily, which could push Zimborders’ revenues from toll fees alone to well over US$2 billion in the 17 years – a sweet deal.
