White wine is a great substitute for your regular cleaners. It contains alcohol and acids that makes it a great disinfectant, particularly in the kitchen. Pour some in a spray bottle and use it to sanitize your counters and door handles.

The brilliant Portuguese put United ahead twice before heading home the winner from Alex Telles’ corner nine minutes from time, the 807th goal of his career.
Tottenham twice responded to Ronaldo’s efforts, through a Harry Kane penalty and a Harry Maguire own goal.
But it was Ronaldo who had the final word, completing his first United treble since January 2008, in a 6-0 win over Newcastle.
The result was a major confidence boost for United before Tuesday’s Champions League last-16 second leg against Atletico Madrid.
It also moves them back into the top four and keeps Tottenham in seventh, although Arsenal – two points behind in fifth – remain favourites to clinch the final Champions League berth as they have four games in hand.
The debate around Ronaldo’s value to this United team has been going on from the moment their season started to unravel barely a couple of weeks after his much-heralded return.
At 37, it is clear his best days are behind him.
Yet he remains capable of such moments of brilliance that it is hard to see how this present squad would benefit from him not being there.
His opener was a prime example.
Fred’s deft flick to the side helped considerably but Ronaldo’s two precise touches teed up the right-footed shot that flew over Hugo Lloris and into the top corner.

E3 2022 will be going ahead, albeit as an online event. This is according to an industry insider and comes amid fears that the showcase would give the year a miss, perhaps even phasing out of the industry for good.
The ESRB reportedly sent out emails about E3 2022 to developers yesterday, suggesting that studios are being told to prepare trailers for the summer. An official statement is expected soon, although one hasn’t been issued at the time of writing, a little over 12 hours since the claim was made.
This news comes courtesy of industry insider, Tom Henderson, who made the claim on Twitter last night. It will come as an assurance to many, who feared that the less-than-stellar 2021 digital E
3 solidified the show’s fate. When its return to a physical venue was cancelled in January, that fear only grew.
These worries weren’t unfounded. When E3 cancelled its 2022 showcase – which was planned to be a hybrid physical and digital event – it didn’t confirm that an online alternative would take its place. Admittedly the cancellation had nothing to do with E3’s performance, and came down to the rapidly rising cases of Covid-19 in the United States, due to the spread of the highly contagious Omicron variant. With case rates much lower now, it remains to be seen if E3 attempts its plans to have some aspects of the show held in person.
E3 will be an entirely digital event again this year according to the ESRB who sent out emails to developers today.

Dead Space developers Motive Studios revealed that that remake now has an early 2023 projected release date. This official confirmation follows yesterday’s VentureBeat report that claimed the same thing.
The upcoming Dead Space remake was first announced in 2021 when it was described as a reimagining of the series. The remake won’t have loading screens, which has led to some comparisons to God of War.
EA and Motive announced their Dead Space remake last July. They promised that the remake of the 2008 sci-fi survival horror game will deliver “an improved story, characters, gameplay mechanics and more as they fight to survive a living nightmare aboard the desolate mining starship, the USG Ishimura, all while uncovering the dreadful mystery of what happened to the slaughtered crew and ship.

Valve just released a set of drivers for the Steam Deck that should make installing and using Windows on the new handheld a whole lot easier. They vastly improve performance over the default Windows drivers, however, these Valve drivers haven’t figured out how to make Windows use the Steam Deck’s built-in speakers.
To download these Windows drivers, head to Steam’s support page here. As noted by Rock Paper Shotgun, these drivers are very much a work-in-progress, so there’s a lot of stuff that doesn’t work quite right.
We’ve already mentioned the speaker thing, so you’ll need to use either Bluetooth, USB-C, or the 3.5mm aux jack for your headphones. Dual-boot support is also not there, so installing Windows means no SteamOS and vice-versa. And because you can’t install Valve’s wifi drivers until Windows has completed installation, you’ll need to have the Deck connected to a USB-C hub with an ethernet port to actually activate windows. Oh, and Windows 11 isn’t supported, so you’re stuck on Windows 10.
As Valve loves to remind us, the Deck is a PC, so installing Windows on the Deck is the same as any other PC. Just download Windows installation media on any handy USB drive and follow the on-screen instructions. As noted, you’ll want a physical line to the internet to make the installation as smooth as possible.
Theoretically, installing Windows will get around the issue with certain anti-cheat programs not working on SteamOS, meaning you should be able to play games like Destiny 2 and Halo Infinite. I haven’t seen anyone test it, so keep in mind there’s still a risk that the anti-cheat will detect something off about the Steam Deck’s hardware and ban your game accounts. It might not be worth the risk
The Big Brother Mzansi house is heating up, and so are the celebrity guest performances, as the show nears the end of the current season. But it seems Thuli Phongolo’s guest appearance was not everything the fans would have hoped for.

Public health experts at the World Health Organization have begun discussing how and when to call an end to the global Covid-19 crisis, exploring what would be an important milestone more than two years after the emergence of the virus.
The WHO said it isn’t currently considering such a declaration. While cases have fallen in many places, fatalities have spiked in Hong Kong, and this week China reported more than 1,000 new daily cases for the first time in two years.
Instead, the discussions at the Geneva-based agency are focusing on what conditions would eventually signal that the public health emergency declared on Jan. 30, 2020, is over. Such a declaration would be not just a meaningful symbolic step and would add momentum to the rollback of many pandemic-era public health policies.
“The International Health Regulations Emergency Committee on Covid-19 is looking at the criteria needed to declare the public health emergency of international concern as terminated,” the agency said in an email. “As of now, we are not there yet.”
Many nations around the world have already taken steps to return to more normal social behaviours, relaxing masking and quarantine guidelines, and opening borders to travel. Still, many countries in Asia are reporting record levels of transmission, and in Germany cases recently rebounded back near record levels. There have been more than 10 million Covid cases and 52,000 deaths in the past week, the WHO said.
Researchers have also warned that even if Covid-19 cases fall to lower levels, the disease is still likely to cause thousands of deaths annually, not unlike other endemic illnesses such as malaria and tuberculosis. And the potential for new, dangerous variants is unpredictable.
The WHO’s discussions could have implications for drugmakers such as Pfizer Inc. and Merck & Co. that have agreed to allow generic competition to their Covid treatments until the pandemic ends. Vaccine makers including AstraZeneca Plc have said they’ll keep prices for their products low until the pandemic ends, without specifying what the benchmark for that would be.
Cautious Call
The WHO has been cautious in the past to call an end to global health emergencies and disease outbreaks. Like the declaration of the emergency, the decision would ultimately be made by Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus after consultation with experts.
Many countries no longer rely solely on the WHO’s guidance, said David Heymann, a former WHO and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention epidemiologist who advises the WHO on outbreaks.
“They’re not ignoring the WHO, but they’re depending more on national and regional scientific advisory groups,” Heymann said in an interview. The role of these groups has evolved since the days of the SARS outbreak when WHO’s pronouncements on travel and trade were strictly heeded. Today, countries have more up-to-date information and surveillance.
A key metric for countries considering exiting emergency status is population immunity, Heymann said, meaning the proportion of people who have some antibodies to the virus either from immunization, infection, or both. Researchers estimate that about 98% of the U.K. population has some immunity to the coronavirus that may prevent severe illness, he said.
It’s not the same level of antibody protection needed to achieve herd immunity, which prevents any virus spread, he said. Herd immunity looks extremely unlikely with the coronavirus because current vaccines don’t prevent infections and infections don’t ward off repeat bouts of the virus, he said.

South African-born comedian Trevor Noahslammed American reality star and businesswoman Kim Kardashian over a controversial comment she made about working hard – on an episode of The Daily Show on 11 March.
Kim Kardashian along with her sisters and mom Kris Jenner did an interview with Variety for the publication’s cover shoot. This was to promote their upcoming Hulu show The Kardashians.
Kim had tongues wagging when she made a controversial comment about hard work. The reality star asked women to get their “f***** a****” up and work. She went on to say that people just don’t like to work anymore.
“I have the best advice for women in business. Get your f***** a**** and work. It seems like nobody wants to work these days,” she said.
The Skims founder’s comment angered many which caused an uproar on social media. Trevor Noah was one of many who clapped back at the reality star. Trevor thought Kim’s comment could come off as condescending. This is because she comes from a rich family and therefore a place of privilege compared to other women.
Trevor explained that Kim was born to a lawyer father, Robert Kardashian and an athlete of a step father Bruce Jenner (now Kaitlyn Jenner).

Now, reports have emerged that they are allegedly on the lavish trip to celebrate their traditional marriage. As reported by ZAlebs, a source close to the family leaked a photo in which Zinhle is wearing a long, colourful makoti dress, which is far from her regular fashion sense, complete with a doek. Yeah, weird.
Bongani’s outfit in the picture also seems to speak volumes. He is dressed in THE jacket. You know what we mean – the quintessential lobola jacket. If you have been to any lobola celebration, you know that the man will always come wearing a jacket like this, if not dressed in African attire.

However, the couple did not post any pictures from the alleged ceremony, which definitely hurts credibility. But Zinhle has always been a relatively private person, and Murdah is definitely quite private, even though the DJ had a whole reality TV show.
Fans are super excited for the couple in the comments section of the YouTube video. I mean, Bongani has always been very intentional about marrying Zinhle one day, but she was adamant about never getting married.
She had a major change of heart last year, where she revealed that she would be happy to marry Murdah, but it would have to be on their own terms. They would get married only when they felt ready, and the public would not pressure them into rushing it, as they have forever to love each other.

Unknown men stormed into former Harare mayor Herbert Gomba’s house before seizing and driving off with him Saturday afternoon, raising fears he may have been abducted.
Gomba is running for a municipal ward for Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) in Glen Norah.
CCC national spokesperson Fadzayi Mahere confirmed the development on Twitter.
“#ALERT former Harare Mayor Herbert Gomba has gone missing. Unknown men stormed his home in Glen Norah C at around 14.30 hrs. They used three unregistered white Isuzu vehicles. His whereabouts are unknown,” Mahere tweeted.
Hours later Gomba was then said to have been taken by the police on charges of arson.
However, Mahere said that their lawyers couldn’t find him at any police station in the city.
“Lawyers cannot find Herbert Gomba at Harare Central police station. Law and order deny having him in their custody. They are now searching for him at possible detention facilities. He was kidnapped by unknown men from his home in the presence of his father yesterday,” Mahere said.
Gomba was recalled by the Douglas Mwonzora-led MC-T for siding with Chamisa in 2020.

President Emmerson Mnangagwa has directed the Government to enforce domestic remedies, including a reduction of duty on petroleum products, to control the price of fuel which went up twice last week.
The Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) attributed the surge in fuel prices to geopolitical factors caused by the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
Following the latest review, which left diesel and petrol selling at US$1.68 and US$1.67 per litre, respectively, fuel in Zimbabwe is the most expensive in the SADC region, a development that angered players in the energy sector.
Analysts say the surge could have a negative effect on the recovering economy.
The Sunday Mail quotes President Mnangagwa as calling for calm saying Government has taken measures to shield the economy from global disruptions. He said:
We are looking at the whole duty framework to cushion our economy from shocks and pressures from galloping fuel prices.
There is no need for panic. I have already directed the Ministry of Energy and Power Development to review and reduce duty and surcharges on fuel so the pump prices of petrol and diesel remain manageable.
We need stability in the fuel market so we minimise imported inflation for price stability in the economy. Cabinet will be seized with this issue in days and weeks ahead.
As of March last year, Zimbabwe’s total taxes and levies on diesel and petrol amounted to about US$0,30c per litre.
In an engagement with players in the insurance sector on Wednesday last week, Finance and Economic Development Minister Professor Mthuli Ncube said the Government was already in the process of reducing fuel taxes. He said:
It’s not easy to come up with risk mitigation measures, but one thing we have done is to lower the taxes on fuel from about 12,7 cents (US) to 8,7 cents (US), and that’s where we are now.
Prof Ncube said the Government is looking to reduce the taxes further.

Boreholes being sunk under the Presidential Borehole Scheme spearhead by Prevail International in partnership with the ruling ZANU PF party are expected to address perennial water challenges in Chitungwiza.
Residents of St Mary’s in Chitungwiza have been recycling and reusing water from dishwashing and laundry for a prolonged period of time.
Beatrice Shenje, a young mother in St Mary’s suburb said the absence of running water exposed them to unhealthy living conditions. She said:
We don’t even have a tap here because running water is not available, so we fetch water a distance away and store it in buckets.
Mr Paul Tungwarara, Prevail International CEO, said solar-powered boreholes are being sunk under the Presidential Scheme to restore the provision of safe tap water in the suburb. He said:
The programme is progressing well so far we have sunk 15 holes and they should be 20 by Tuesday. From then, we expect to have tanked and solarised. From St Mary’s we are moving to Harare East and expect to sink 60.
ZANU PF St Mary’s aspiring Legislator Nobert Jinjika said his constituency has never seen tap water therefore borehole water is a relief.
He said they will finish installing the boreholes and President Emmerson Mnangagwa will launch them all at once.
ZBC News reports that fifteen boreholes have been sunk during the past week in St Mary’s, with the programme targeting to complete 40 in Chitungwiza.
Most urban areas have struggled to access portable water regularly with local authorities citing the inadequacy of resources as the main challenge.

Former Democratic Alliance (DA) leader, Mmusi Maimane, has told President Emmerson Mnangagwa to “stop using state apparatus” if he is serious about free and fair elections.
Maimane’s remarks come as the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has blocked three Citizens’ Coalition for Change (CCC) rallies -Gokwe, Marondera, and Binga – for allegedly failing to meet minimum requirements. He said:
If you are serious about free elections then you don’t use the state apparatus to ban your rivals from holding election rallies. You don’t send goons to attack them during their events. Zimbabwe will be free and you will not stop the people Emmerson Mnangagwa.
